Chef Jason Oesterreicher

Chef Jason Oesterreicher brings more than 20 years of culinary experience to Vital Greens, with a career spanning restaurants, private dining, catering, culinary education and kitchen operations.

As the owner and operator of Lost Art of Culinary, LLC, Jason has spent years creating customized menus, consulting on kitchen operations and helping organizations improve efficiency while maintaining high standards for quality and service. His background also includes serving as an Executive Chef, Food & Beverage Director, restaurant owner and culinary instructor.

Jason’s passion for food extends beyond the kitchen. He has developed and taught culinary programs, trained aspiring hospitality professionals and used his experience to support community organizations and charitable initiatives. His career has included culinary leadership throughout the Tri-State area as well as early professional experience at The Greenbrier.

At Vital Greens, Chef Jason brings that experience to a menu focused on fresh ingredients, thoughtful preparation and food that makes eating well both approachable and enjoyable.
